HMS Warrior, Fuji Superia X-TRA

HMS Warrior at Portsmouth Historic Dockyard. The most powerful warship in the World when launched but she never fired a single shot at an enemy. Britain was just too hard back then.

I was getting up early to go up to Butser Hill. I really love it up there. It’s a big wide-open space and the views over Petersfield and across to The Solent are wonderful. On a very clear day you can see Winchester Cathedral.
I never really got lucky with the light and Emily didn’t want to come – I guess my big bed and thick duvet is just to comfy.

I splashed on a camera – a camera I’ve never needed but one I’ve always wanted – the Nikon F100. It was a guilt-free purchase. One of the benefits of being a film photographer is that most of our gear is now very affordable so I’m damn well making the most of it.
