I took this photo of my lovely Chu Chu using the 135mm. I don’t use it much and I took to England in the summer because I had an idea for a photo but I didn’t go to the location where I wanted to take the photo I had the idea for – boo.
This was taken in Clanfield Meadow. The little white flag is a boundary marker – we were watching my nephew play cricket.
Emily is holding the Olympus XA – she loves that little camera.

It happened to be that time – most people in the Clanfield / Horndean / Waterlooville area vote either Conservative or Liberal Democrat. I think you have to be solidly behind an ideology to go as far as erecting a sign that displays your political party of choice on it. As for me, as if anyone cares, I don’t base any of my ideas, opinions or my voting habits on an ideology. Election times are most frustrating.
From the first roll of a batch of Ferrania Solaris I found on Taobao

One of our last days in England and some lovely weather for a drive to Southsea. We had lunch at The Tenth Hole, a little cafe next to the golf course and then walked along the Millennium Path from Southsea through Old Portsmouth to Gunwharf Quays. Great Stuff.
This is a roll of Konica film that is packaged in a similar way to the still-in-production Fuji Industrial. There are 3 characters on the box that Chu Chu assured me mean “industrial” and they are the same 3 characters on the fuji boxes so I can only assume that Konica used to make a similar film for industry – I think the films were used in dentistry and surveillance equipment, that sort of thing.
Anyway, it expired years ago and as you can see the colours have gone a bit potty. The blue layer especially…
